Cochrane Collaboration
The Cochrane
Collaboration is an international network of health
professionals and consumers established to prepare, maintain
and promote the accessibility of reviews in the Cochrane Library.
The Cochrane Breast Cancer Group and the Cochrane Prospective Meta-Analysis (PMA)
Methods Group are both based at the
CTC.
Cochrane Breast Cancer Group
The Cochrane Breast Cancer
Group is committed to the development of evidence relating to
the prevention, early detection and treatment of breast cancer. Our
activities are coordinated by a team of editors based at the
University of Sydney and an editorial board composed of clinicians,
methodologists and consumers from Australia, Belgium, Italy, the UK
and the USA.

Cochrane Prospective
Meta-Analysis (PMA) Methods Group
The Cochrane PMA Methods Group is one of
several groups who advise the Cochrane Collaboration on methods for
improving the validity and precision of systematic reviews.
Our core activity is to advise on
or work with researchers in relation to all elements of a
meta-analysis prospectively, including the ability to influence
trial design. Our group is managed by methodologists based in
Australia and the USA.
