Participants
Women with ovarian, fallopian tube or peritoneal carcinoma for whom platinum–taxane therapy is not suitable

Treatment
• 6 cycles carboplatin, fixed dose, or
• 6 cycles carboplatin with changes to dose depending on neutrophil count

Women with a new diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma at high risk of relapse after potentiallly curable surgery

Treatment
• radiation therapy plus weekly low-dose carboplatin for 6 weeks, or
• low-dose carboplatin only
